HAYFEVER IS TRYING TO DUN MY DANCE!!! For anyone else suffering I have been going mad with research and found some dope natural remedies that may help! Zinc Sulphate the oil version! Take a spoon in the morning and at night, if the taste is too mad for you put it in your teas and food! Also stinging nettle leaf teas! Order some herbs online, make sure they are organic. Seep your teas, add some lemons and lime and drink that ish - put hella natural honey in there not the cheap runny shit from the supermarkets! Another great superfood to help us win this allergy battle is Camu Camu powder! Vitamin C is essential! Again you can put this in your foods!
